About the role
To Go Specialists recognize the importance of convenience and quality in guest experiences. They ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders, whether picked up in the restaurant or via curbside pickup.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all food orders are delivered safely and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to guests picking up food
- Display a strong sense of urgency and extensive menu knowledge
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness of work area
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using POS systems)
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
