About the role
To Go Specialists recognize the importance of convenience and quality in serving guests who pick up food to-go. They ensure orders are delivered on time and accurately, while also displaying extensive menu knowledge and a strong sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all orders are prepared and served promptly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to guests picking up food in the restaurant or curbside
- Display extensive knowledge of the menu to assist guests with recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean work area
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure guest and team member safety
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
