About the role
To Go Specialists play a crucial part in ensuring guests can conveniently pick up their meals. This role involves serving customers who choose to take their food to-go, whether inside the restaurant or curbside.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all orders are delivered safely and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Display strong sense of urgency and extensive menu knowledge
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness of work area
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to protect both guests and team members
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using a cash register)
Qualifications
