To Go Specialists play a crucial part in ensuring guests can conveniently pick up their food. This role involves serving customers who choose to pick up their meals in the restaurant or curbside in their car.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are delivered safely and accurately
• Display a strong sense of urgency
• Offer recommendations based on extensive menu knowledge
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Adhere to the highest safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the Olive Garden menu
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
