About the role
To Go Specialists recognize the importance of convenience and quality in serving guests who pick up food to-go. They ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Provide excellent customer service, displaying a strong sense of urgency
- Display extensive knowledge of the menu to assist guests with recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively
- Operate cash register and handle payment transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the workspace and equipment
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Knowledge of food service operations and safety protocols
