• Extensive menu knowledge
• The ability to place and assemble all To-Go Orders

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all incoming phone calls
• Provide answers to guests' questions
• Suggestively sell the menu
• Anticipate guests' needs for all their orders
• Inform guests of current promotions
• Accept payments for all purchases

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Friendly and guest-focused personality
• Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests
• Ability to understand and communicate guests' requests
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Must be able to multi-task
