Who Our Students Need
Students have big dreams. Great teachers bring those dreams to life. Teaching Fellows understand that teaching is not just a job, but a career – one that demands their best each day. They recognize and value the assets of their students and the community and hold high expectations for all students. We recruit, train, certify, and support accomplished professionals, recent college graduates and graduating seniors who aren’t yet certified as teachers, but possess the dedication and content knowledge to teach in our partner districts and schools. Our teachers develop the skills to help students build their knowledge by making meaningful connections between challenging, meaningful content and students’ unique values and experiences.
We are seeking mission-aligned candidates to teach high-need subject areas that include, math, science, elementary education, early childhood education, English and special education.
