About the role
The TMS Technician - Psychiatry position is a limited appointment at UC San Diego. The position is available for one opening.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling of patients
- Equipment/supply management
- Cleaning/disinfecting the environment
- Supporting clinical research activities
- Occasional administrative duties
Requirements
- Three (3) years related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with patients and co-workers
- Proven ability to conduct oneself in a highly professional manner
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and shift priorities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with psychiatric populations
Qualifications
- BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date
- EPIC, EMR
- Experience with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment
- Knowledge of UCSD IRB and other federal research policies and procedures
- Bi-lingual in both Spanish and English
Benefits
Annual Full Pay Range: $57,399 - $71,347 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hiring Pay Scale: $27.49 - $34.17 / Hour
Schedule
Days, 8-Hour Shifts, Monday-Friday
