About the role

TMS Patient Care Coordinator at Clarity Clinic in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational consultations to interested patients.
• Deliver TMS Therapy to our patients.
• Create a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
• Manage leads, report statistical activity to center manager, schedule appointments, collect copays, and handle all medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist clerical support staff in providing needed documentation for insurance preauthorization and/or reimbursement.
• Assure exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the field of psychology, neurobiology, social work, Pre-med, or related major.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Billing software knowledge.
• Insurance knowledge.
• Clinical interviewing skills.

Schedule

Full-time, onsite-only position, located at our Loop Location, 333 Michigan Avenue. This position has a set schedule of 11:30am-8:00pm Monday-Friday.
