Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and room patients for TMS treatment.
• Set up new patient and assist during initial treatment mapping with the provider.
• Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols.
• Operate the TMS medical device and monitor treatment sessions for patient comfort and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup.
• Observe patients during treatment and identify any changes requiring clinician or Program Practice Leader involvement.
• Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on scale completion.
• Record session notes, patient treatment history, vital signs, allergies/contraindications, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using EMR and medical scheduling software.
• Aid in establishing and monitoring performance indicators.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience working in a medical office.
• Experience with TMS is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and easily maneuver 20-40lbs.
• An Associates or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, but patient care experience will be considered.

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position. The hourly rate range for this position is $22.00-$24.00. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule, and/or location.
