As a skilled and dedicated Assembler Lead, you will contribute to the Terex team in Watertown, SD. We believe in fostering a vibrant and inclusive work culture where every person is empowered to thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
• Perform repetitive assembly and adjustments of electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic equipment according to instructions
• Maintain clean work area and participate in 5s standards
• Troubleshoot basic issues and problems
• Follow and promote The Terex Way Values

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and 40-100 lbs with assistance
• Possess good mechanical aptitude
• Capable of using most hand tools
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions
• Read and understand blueprints, order acknowledgments, engineering drawings, and written instructions
• Function as a team member and contribute to group goals

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $21.00-$22.50 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
