TKIE - Project Manager
Essential Functions
Lead day-to-day execution of multiple I&E projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and turnaround work
Directly manage Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to drive safe and efficient execution
Own project schedule, productivity, and cost performance from kickoff through closeout
Identify and mitigate risks related to working in active/operating facilities
Oversee installation, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation systems
Manage electrical scope including Low and medium voltage systems, MCCs, VFDs, cable tray, and power distribution
Ensure proper execution of Loop checks, point-to-point verification, and system startups
Interface with client systems including PLC & DCSEnsure compliance with hazardous area classifications and NEC
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking with a focus on labor productivity
Develop and manage change orders, RFIs, and scope revisions
Support estimating and pre-construction efforts for new and existing clients
Ensure accurate reporting of project status to Operations and executive leadership
Safety & Compliance
Champion a strong safety culture aligned with OSHA, NFPA 70/70E, and client-specific requirements
Enforce LOTO, energized work protocols, and safe work practices
Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance across all field activities
Maintain strict adherence to all company and client safety procedures
Client & Team Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Act as the primary point of contact for project related communication
Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and progress reviews
Aid in recruiting, mentoring, and developing field personnel

Work Environment
This job operates in a petrochemical / refinery environment. Exposure to cold working conditions during winter months and hot working conditions during the summer months; exposure to noise, workers must wear protecting hearing equipment or frequently shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. In an emergency situation, exposure to hazardous chemicals may occur and the use of a respirator is required. All employees are required to be fit tested for the various respirators used as well as the ability to successfully pass a pulmonary function test (PFT).
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of the job, the position of an Analyzer Technician III may be extremely physical at times. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required, and for long periods of time to bend, stoop, walk, climb, squat, reach, kneel, push/pull, stand, sit, hand strength and dexterity. An Analyzer Technician III will frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must be able to work at heights and be able to climb ladders and stairways and work off platforms.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Typical days and hours of work are variable/project dependent. Over-time work is common and may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Extensive travel required across the United States, including extended stays at project sites.
