About the role

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Commercial Millwork Project Manager to analyze job requirements, define scope, determine resource needs, and establish production schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed project schedules with critical milestones.
• Communicate directly with contractors, architects, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional manner.
• Take field measurements when necessary.
• Prepare and collaborate on detailed, comprehensive shop drawings.
• Work within a team to review job requirements, manage drawing changes, and clarify construction paths.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial millwork project management.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, corporate, retail, medical, and financial facilities, wall panel systems, and some high-end residential products.
• Comprehensive understanding of custom millwork and commercial casework construction methods.

Pay

$150,000 to $200,000, based on experience.
