What You Can Expect

Our Records Specialists eagerly assist in acting as a liaison between the credit union and the Department of Motor Vehicles. Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week
$20.25 per hour, based on experience and performance+ Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Work with loan officers in perfecting titles on all auto, boat, and RV loans.
• File and maintain titles.
• Research information, and resolve problems, errors, or discrepancies in records.
• Send out titles when loans are paid off; assist collectors to obtain titles for repossession.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• A high school diploma required.
• Prior credit union experience is preferred.
