Qualifications
- Minimum: BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field
- 5+ years of experience in corrosion, construction, water/wastewater/utilities
- NACE CP2+ certification required
- Physical capabilities: frequent standing, kneeling, walking; occasional confined-space work, climbing, and working at height; may be required to lift/pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a DOT drug test and a background check (back to 18th birthday)
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site technical evaluation, testing, inspection, and installation
- Create field data, notes, photo documentation, and other project-related records
- Produce field reports, annual survey reports, and typewritten data using Microsoft Word and Excel; draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Interpret specifications and construction plans to create submittals, order and verify project materials
- Manage CorrTech operations with subcontractors for project execution
- Adhere to CorrTech safety plan, site-specific safety plan, and OSHA regulations; lead tail-gate safety reviews and ensure compliance with project job hazard analysis
- Familiarity with test equipment, supplies, staging, hand/power tools, and maintenance of same
