Title Marketing Representative – Florida

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and related professionals
• Promote the firm’s real estate legal services in a professional and ethical manner
• Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community functions
• Maintain compliance with all applicable legal, ethical, and professional rules governing attorney advertising and solicitation
• Represent the firm with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

• Prior marketing, sales, or business development experience (real estate industry experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Understanding of professional boundaries in marketing legal services
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend in-person meetings and events

Position Type

Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 Commission-Only Employee, depending on qualifications and agreement)
