Title Landman – Texas / Arkansas (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is based in Texas and Arkansas and offers a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze mineral title and/or HBP leasehold title reports
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with legal and operational teams to resolve title issues

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in land management or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to courthouse locations as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, geology, business)
• Knowledge of Texas and Arkansas land laws and regulations
• Experience working with oil and gas industry contracts and leases
