About the role

A Busy Title Insurance Agency in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Title Insurance Examiner/Commitment Producer/Deed Package Prep/Closer.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving the search from Titlewave and importing into Title Express
• Examining the search for any title defects and letting the listing agents know what needs to be cleared
• Ordering any LOIs, Death Certs, Inheritance Tax receipts and other documents to clear title
• Generating the title commitment, CPL (if applicable), and sending to all parties in the transaction
• Making changes to any sale price, loan amount, etc. as needed through the process
• Generating Deed Packages for sellers that do not want to attend the closing
• Answering emails in a timely manner and some general office duties

Requirements

• Experience using Title Express and GreenFolders a plus

Qualifications

• Title insurance: 3 years

Skills

• Proficiency in Title Express
• Strong communication skills

Salary depending on Experience

Pay

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule

8 hour shift, Day shift Monday to Friday
