About the role

The primary role is to provide one-on-one support to students with special needs within the Least Restrictive Environment program. This includes assisting with daily activities, academic support, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the students.

Responsibilities

• Support students with daily living skills
• Provide academic assistance tailored to individual student needs
• Ensure the physical and emotional safety of students
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other staff members
• Document student progress and communicate with parents and teachers

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Nevada driver’s license
• Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
