Support staff are essential in providing comprehensive care and assistance to individuals with special needs. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can assist with daily living activities and support the overall well-being of the residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
• Help with medication management and administration
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities
• Support residents with mobility and safety needs
• Document resident progress and communicate with family members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Passing background check and drug screening

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• First aid and CPR certification

Pay
