About the role

This position supports the educational needs of students at Harmon, Harley ES. Duties include assisting with classroom activities, managing student behavior, and providing general support to teachers.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom activities and lesson plans
• Manage student behavior and discipline
• Provide general support to teachers
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children preferred. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
