We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are", "What We Do", "What You’ll Do", "What You’ll Bring", "Pay Range", "What We Offer". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to appropriate headings. We have: - Who We Are: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have company overview. Could use "About the role" heading? Might be okay. But we need to follow instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content matches. If not, we could still use them but must have real content. We can map: - About the role: maybe combine Who We Are and What We Do? But "About the role" is about the job, not company. Could use "About the role" for the description of the role (What We Do). However we also have "What You’ll Do" which is responsibilities. So we could have:

About the role

with content from "Who We Are" and maybe "What We Do"? But we need to preserve all substantive info. We could split: "Who We Are" could be omitted? It's not required heading but we could include as a

without heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. Thus we need sections: - About the role: maybe a brief description of the role (What We Do). Could combine "What We Do" and "Who We Are"? But "Who We Are" is about company, not role. Might be okay to include as part of About the role. - Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Do". - Requirements / Qualifications: from "What You’ll Bring". Could split into Requirements (experience) and Qualifications (education). But we can combine. - Skills: maybe from "What You’ll Bring" includes detail-oriented, communication, etc. Could be separate. - Benefits: from "What We Offer". - Pay: from "Pay Range". - Schedule: maybe remote? Not explicitly schedule but remote work. Could treat as Schedule? Might be okay. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. We have some EEO lines in "What We Offer": "First American is an equal opportunity employer...". That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove navigation/legal etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, role description, responsibilities, requirements, pay, benefits. Let's extract substantive content: Who We Are: - Join a team that puts its People First! - First American's Direct division provides comprehensive title insurance protection and professional settlement services for real estate purchases, refinances and equity loans. - Since 1889, First American (NYSE: FAF) has held an unwavering belief in its people. - They are passionate about what they do, and we are equally passionate about fostering an environment where all feel welcome, supported, and empowered to be innovative and reach their full potential. - Our inclusive, people-first culture has earned our company numerous accolades, including being named to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list for eleven consecutive years. - We have also earned awards as a best place to work for women, diversity and LGBTQ+ employees, and have been included on more than 50 regional best places to work lists. - First American will always strive to be a great place to work, for all. - For more information, please visit www.careers.firstam.com. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. What We Offer: - By choice, we don’t simply accept individuality – we embrace it, we support it, and we thrive on it! - Our People First culture is inclusive for all employees - not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it's the key to our success. - We are proud to foster an authentic and inclusive workplace For All. - You are free and encouraged to bring your entire, unique self to work. - Based on eligibility, First American offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave and other great benefits like an employee stock purchase plan. We need to remove EEO line: "First American is an equal opportunity employer in every sense of the term." That's in What We Offer paragraph; we should remove that sentence. Also remove "For more information, please visit www.careers.firstam.com." maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link; could be considered navigation? Might be okay to keep as it's substantive? It's a URL for more info; maybe keep but it's not essential. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The URL is not navigation? It's a link to careers site; could be considered navigation. Safer to remove. Also remove "Based on eligibility, First American offers a comprehensive benefits package..." that's fine. Now structure:

Maybe also include the "Dive into your love of history and research..." as part of About the role? Could be separate
