Primary Responsibilities
- Review title insurance commitments and policies to ensure quality standards
- Identify trends to support training and maintain production standards
- Compare preliminary and final title reports; report discrepancies
- Maintain a current list of local developers, builders, and related entities
- Update database files for each NVR subdivision plan
- Ensure timely recordings of legal documents and track their return to appropriate parties
- Preform basic underwriting for individual transactions as needed
Qualifications
- Title Insurance License preferred
- Working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft suite, especially Excel program
- Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
