Title: Corrosion Technician: Maryland

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in construction field
• Physical capabilities related to frequent standing, kneeling, walking, occasional confined space, climbing and working at height required
• May be required to lift/pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test and a background check (back to 18th birthday) for site clearance

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform field testing, inspections, and installation in accordance with project requirements, CorrTech Standard Operating Procedures, and as identified by CorrTech project manager
• Create field data, notes, photo documentation, and other materials as required by the project
• Produce field reports, annual survey reports, and typewritten data using Microsoft Word and Excel
• QA/QC materials and installation in accordance with construction plans and specifications
• Validate project materials comply with specifications, construction plans, and job requirements
• Understand and carry out instructions while following standard operating procedures
• Adhere to CorrTech safety plan, specific site safety plan, and OSHA regulations
• Oversee and abide by project job hazard analysis
