Title: Corrosion Technician: Deep River CT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated technical capabilities in the construction field
• Physical capabilities: frequent standing, kneeling, walking; occasional confined-space work, climbing, and working at height
• Ability to lift/pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test and background check (back to 18th birthday) for site clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing, inspections, and installation in accordance with project requirements, CorrTech Standard Operating Procedures, and direction from the CorrTech project manager
• Create field data, notes, photo documentation, and other records as required by the project
• Produce field reports, annual survey reports, and typewritten data using Microsoft Word and Excel
• QA/QC materials and installation to ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications
• Validate project materials for compliance with specifications, construction plans, and job requirements
• Understand and carry out instructions while following standard operating procedures
• Adhere to CorrTech safety plan, site-specific safety plan, and OSHA regulations
• Oversee and abide by project job hazard analysis
