About the Role
GO-SS (Global Operations - Specialized Services) provides office support to First American offices nationally. We are seeking an experienced title professional to collaborate with the Title Advisor, offering expertise in advanced support options as we evolve and expand our services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line title resource with a focus on improving title production and processes using AI.
- Work with global staff and management to support title operations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of title documents, contracts, and compliance with internal policies, statutory, and federal regulations.
- Apply knowledge of title insurance requirements, including commitments, pro forma, policies, open orders, sales contracts, recording, and post-closing tasks.
- Share title expertise, train, and mentor staff on title procedures, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Coach global Title Assistants on title functions, particularly in commercial transactions across various geographic locations.
- Serve as an escalation resource for complex title questions and multi-site commercial transactions.
- Contribute to visionary initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and quality.
- Support complex multi-site transactions with an understanding of client variability and a focus on end goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in escrow, title, or a curative lender role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good judgment and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
Pay
$20.34 - $27.12 hourly. This hiring range reflects the base pay at the time of posting and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
