Essential Functions
- Pulls tax cards from county courthouses or county’s on-line software system.
- Screens county property records for all documents pertaining to each parcel.
- Must be able to research title back to patent.
- Must be able to deed plot metes and bounds legal descriptions.
- Prepare Chains of Title and Limited Title Certificates.
- Research probates, judgments, and district court records.
- Enters all title information into database.
- Performs other duties as assigned by title supervisor.

- Interpret deeds, court actions and probates.
- Familiarity with title law in each state.
- Ability to Deed plot.

Required Education and Experience
- A high school diploma.
- Three (3) years of Right-of-Way industry experience.
- Three (3) years of Title Abstracting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.
