Key Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install passenger, light truck, and commercial tires
• Perform tire repairs following industry safety standards
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage or wear
• Operate shop equipment such as tire machines, balancers, air tools, and lifts
• Aid with shop cleanliness, inventory, and workflow
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with the team
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous tire or automotive experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday. Occasional Saturdays depending on shop needs.
