Tire & Service Technician - Orrville
Flynn’s Tire is currently hiring Tire Technicians for our Orrville, OH location. No automotive experience or degree is required! We provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization. This entry-level position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
- Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
Requirements
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift 20–80 lbs
- No experience required; degree not required (preferred)
