About the Role
We’re hiring driven, relationship-focused professionals to join us as Tire Sales Specialists. This role allows you to leverage your customer-facing sales experience in a stable, higher-earning environment with a consistent 40-hour schedule and real career growth opportunities. You’ll work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert customers trust.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
- Perform quick visual inspections
- Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
- Provide pricing and close sales
- Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
- Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment (automotive experience preferred)
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
Skills
- Building rapport with customers quickly

- Closing sales and hitting goals
- Managing multiple customer interactions efficiently
Pay
- Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85/hour
- Target annual commission: $14,040
- Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)
