Tire Sales Specialist (Columbus, OH)

About the Role

This role allows you to use your customer-facing sales skills in a more stable, higher-earning environment—without the unpredictable retail hours. As a Tire Sales Specialist, you’ll work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert customers trust.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment (automotive experience preferred)
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Skills

• Building rapport with customers quickly
• Recommending the right product with confidence
• Closing sales and hitting goals
• Managing multiple customer interactions efficiently

Pay

• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85/hour
• Target annual commission: $13,200
• Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)
