Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives
• Perform tire-related service and basic auto maintenance
• Maintain a well-merchandised facility, including warehouse and housekeeping functions
• Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
• Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and vendors
• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
• Mount and balance tires
• Perform tire repairs, oil and filter changes, vehicle courtesy checks, and preventive maintenance
• Follow MAP standards

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable MVR and background check
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds
