Role Overview

The Tire & Battery Center Technician provides safe, efficient sales and service, focusing on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill sales and service requests, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, and POS systems.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to plan, improve service, and make immediate business decisions.
  • Operational Duties: Manage inventory, process transactions, fulfill merchandise needs, and ensure safety and compliance standards.
  • Customer Service & Brand Advocacy: Assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and promote high-quality service.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Follow company policies, uphold integrity, and foster a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek learning opportunities, adapt to change, and support team development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid driver's license
  • 18+ years old
  • Preferred experience in auto service or retail
  • Emphasis on safety, teamwork, technical knowledge, and customer focus
