Responsibilities
- Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
- Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines
- Repair and replace tires
- Replace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)
- Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair
- Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
- May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs
- Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
- Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
- Serve as a team player and seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience mechanical automotive repairs, in a professional environment, within the last 5 years
- Requires ownership of standard hand tools to perform basic maintenance and repair responsibilities
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license

Pay
- 1st Shift: $19.00/hour, with $2.00/hour for 2 years of professional experience, and $1.00/hour for A5 brake certification and $.50/hour for each ASE certification (A1, A2, A4-A8)
- 2nd Shift: $20.00/hour, with $1.00/hour for A5 brake certification and $.50/hour for each ASE certification (A1, A2, A4-A8)
- Shift Premium Pay: $2.50/hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts
Schedule
- Sky Harbor 1st Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00am - 4:30pm, Tuesday - Saturday 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Sunday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11:00pm
- Sky Harbor 2nd Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Sunday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11:00pm
