Role Overview: A Lube and Tire Technician performs essential vehicle maintenance tasks in a shop environment, supporting overall store operations. Responsibilities include: executing tire services (mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotations), oil changes, basic maintenance (fluids, filters, batteries), completing digital inspections, and documenting repair orders accurately. Identifying safety issues, conducting safety and emission inspections where applicable, maintaining a clean shop, transporting parts, and adhering to safety protocols are also key duties. Qualifications & Skills: Dependability, safety-consciousness, mechanical inclination, ability to follow procedures, and teamwork skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, are required.
