Tire and Alignment Technician

About the role

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels. The position involves assisting with inventory and keeping the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels using precision machinery.
• Avoid accidents and ensure shop safety guidelines are followed.
• Complete paperwork and maintain proper maintenance of inventory, products, tools, and equipment.
• Label and organize merchandise upon arrival.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.
• Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician is helpful, but not required.
• Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels is preferred.
• Organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory.
• Aim to always keep safety in mind.
• Service-oriented and motivated to exceed customer expectations.
• A team player.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour with commission pay.

Schedule
