About the Opportunity:The Time & Workforce Management Analyst plays a key role in ensuring precise and compliant workforce operations. This position supports payroll-ready time and attendance data, collaborates with multiple departments, and contributes to evolving labor forecasting, analytics, and workforce planning efforts. The role impacts operational efficiency and strategic staffing decisions. 3. Responsibilities:Serve as subject matter expert for timekeeping, attendance tracking, and scheduling systems across U.S. and Canadian operations.Collaborate with HRMS, IT, Payroll, and vendors to prioritize and deliver workforce management technology improvements.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and corporate governance for timekeeping and scheduling.Monitor and validate accurate capture of work hours, attendance exceptions, leave usage, and schedule adherence before payroll processing.Optimize workforce management processes and recommend improvements.Support audits of timekeeping and scheduling processes, including documentation and remediation.Provide reporting and analytics on attendance data, labor trends, and cost variances.Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices for stakeholders. 4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in workforce management systems and processes in a large, multi-jurisdictional enterprise.Experience with HCM/workforce management/time & attendance/scheduling systems (e.g., UKG Pro, Kronos, ADP, Dayforce) preferred.Ability to analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights.Strong collaboration skills with operations, payroll, HRMS, HR, Finance, and vendor partners.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools including Excel. Preferred:Experience in manufacturing, distribution, forestry, logistics, or industrial operations.Support for unionized environments.Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).Related professional certifications.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Strong analytical and communication skills. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Target salary range of $82,500 to $123,800 based on skills and experience.Eligibility for an annual incentive program with a target cash bonus of 7% of base pay.Annual merit increase program. 6.
