Time Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Time Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardware/device implementations, onsite technical support, and basic networking, with a proven ability to deploy and validate employee time clock systems at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy time clock devices at client locations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware-related issues.
• Coordinate with client IT teams on network and firewall configurations.
• Validate device communication and system functionality.
• Support implementation and go-live activities during deployments.
• Provide onsite technical support to end users and leadership teams.
• Maintain deployment documentation and installation records.
• Escalate technical issues appropriately when needed.
• Communicate project updates and implementation status effectively.
• Ensure installations are completed within project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience with hardware/device implementations and onsite support.
• Technical troubleshooting skills for connectivity and hardware issues.
• Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and firewall concepts.
• Clear client-facing communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying time clock or similar endpoint devices.
• Familiarity with implementation go-live support and documentation practices.
