About the role

Provide comprehensive flight instruction in various categories including Private Pilot (PPL), Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI), and Commercial Pilot (CPL). Offer both ground and flight instruction tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pilot courses, including PPL, Instrument, and Commercial ratings.
• Offer ground school sessions and flight reviews.
• Prepare students for FAA checkrides and certifications.
• Train in advanced aircraft types such as multi-engine, complex, and high-performance aircraft.
• Provide personalized training plans based on student goals and skill levels.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• At least 1000 hours of flight time.
• Current instrument rating.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Passing score on the FAA Knowledge Test.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in aviation management or related field.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
