The 55,000‑square‑foot, $50 million casino operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and features more than 80 tables offering classic card games such as Blackjack, Texas Hold’em, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat, Pai Gow Tiles, and other California games. It is home to the largest seed progressive poker jackpots in California. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deal games efficiently and professionally, ensuring accurate payoffs and maintaining game integrity.
• Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Gather collections accurately and place them in the drop box.
• Ascertain hand values and announce outcomes clearly (win, lose, or push).
• Pay off according to casino procedures.
• Inform the Floorperson of any suspicious or unusual activity.
• Assist players in setting their hands when requested.
• Ensure no second language is spoken at the table during play.
• Monitor all wagering activity.
• Attend meetings on time, in full uniform, and ready to work.
• Call the Floorperson immediately for all gaming disputes.
• Clearly articulate any incidents to the Floorperson.
• Comply with the “Tiles Dealer Procedure Guide.”
• Make a lasting positive impression while dealing the game.
• Perform all other work‑related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.

Qualification Requirements

• 2 + years Tiles Dealer experience in a casino and/or cardroom.
• Ability to make change using American monetary units.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gardena Police Department Work Permit.

Education / Formal Training

High School Diploma or General Education Degree.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

Language Skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Effective communication with customers and management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 12 pounds.
• Repetitive hand use for the entire shift (simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling, reaching).
• Ability to concentrate in an intense, fast‑paced environment with numerous distractions.

Work Environment

• Adult‑content environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 24‑hour operation with a very fast‑paced environment.
