Responsibilities
What You'll Do As a Tile Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality backsplash and tile installations while providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include:
- Install tile backsplashes and other tile projects with precision and attention to detail
- Read and interpret custom layouts and installation plans
- Prepare surfaces, including waterproofing, drywall repair, and other necessary prep work
- Remove existing tile when required
- Ensure all installations meet FLOFORM's quality standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently
