We are looking for skilled and dependable Subcontractor Tile Flooring Installation Crews who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy the flexibility of operating their own business. As a subcontractor partner, you'll receive a steady stream of tile installation projects while maintaining control over your crew and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise your installation crew
• Complete assigned tile flooring projects on time and to company standards
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Install various tile products, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tile materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience installing tile flooring
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Valid Workers’ Compensation Insurance (as needed)
• Valid General Liability Insurance (or able to obtain)
• Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
• Own professional tile installation tools and equipment
• Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
