Position Overview
We are hiring a Tile & Grout Technician / Floor Restoration Technician to join our professional team. You will receive paid, hands-on training and work directly with customers to deliver high-quality restoration services. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in maintenance, handyman services, flooring, construction, or home services — or anyone motivated to learn a skilled trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, restore, and seal tile, grout, and stone surfaces
- Perform minor repairs, caulking, and color sealing
- Operate professional cleaning and restoration equipment
- Provide excellent customer service in residential and commercial settings
- Maintain company vehicle and tools
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
Preferred (We Provide Training):
- Experience in tile, grout, flooring, handyman, maintenance, or construction
- Caulking and minor tile repair experience
- Stone polishing, honing, or restoration experience
- Residential or commercial service background
Pay
$35,360–$45,000+ per year (Base + Bonuses + Commissions)
Schedule
Full-Time | Day Shift | No Nights | No Sundays
