TikTok Shop Strategist
Client Strategy & Growth
You own end-to-end client strategy from shop structure and product selection to creator, media, and campaign planning. Develop quarterly growth plans aligned with GMV, contribution margin, and brand goals. Lead weekly client standups and quarterly reviews; communicate results with clarity and confidence. Identify new opportunities (creator programs, promos, partnerships) that strengthen brand performance.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Own performance results across shop, creator, and ad metrics; track progress weekly. Deliver actionable insights: what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next. Review GMV, contribution margin, and conversion data with your Associate Strategist and Media Buyer weekly. Present clean, digestible reports that tell the story behind the numbers.
TikTok Shop Platform Expertise
Stay at the bleeding edge of TikTok Shop updates and ensure “what’s working now” is documented and communicated across the team. Enforce best practices across shop setup, product listings, creator programs, and campaign execution.
Team Leadership & Execution Oversight
Manage the day-to-day workflow with each role supporting each brand’s Shop; ensure smooth coordination across creative, community, and operations. Set clear expectations and priorities for the week; monitor Command Center hygiene. Ensure all deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards; resolve blockers quickly and decisively.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with Ops on new client onboarding, shop health, and system setup. Work with Creative and Community to ensure content aligns with brand positioning and sales strategy. Collaborate with Media to align ad strategy with organic momentum and creator performance.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the single point of contact for your assigned brands. Keep clients informed, never surprised, meaning recap meetings, flag risks, and document decisions. Translate client feedback into clear actions and manage expectations with honesty and professionalism. Protect client trust by maintaining confidentiality and follow-through.
Communication & Leadership
Maintain consistent communication across the TTS department and escalate structural issues when patterns emerge. Mentor Junior and Mid-level Strategists, providing guidance on complex account issues and professional development.
NEXT-LEVEL SKILLS
TikTok Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads in conjunction with organic Shop performance. Creator Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with TikTok’s creator landscape, meaning how to identify, vet, and activate creators that convert. Process & Systems Development: Experience building or refining department-level workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures. Data Fluency: Comfortable pulling and interpreting raw data sets; able to QA reporting and spot anomalies before clients do.

Management: Yes. This role mentors and provides oversight for Junior and Mid-level Strategists. Direct report count varies by team structure.
Orientation: Client-facing. You are the primary point of contact for your assigned brands.
Focus: Weeks & Months. You are setting the weekly cadence for your teams while building toward quarterly growth targets.

SALARY RANGE
$90,000 – $110,000 base salary, annually
This is prior to any benefits (see the “ABOUT US” section for additional details)
Bonus Structure | 15% of base salary
