- Lead the design and continuous optimization of creator incubation, education, and lifecycle management programs to improve creator retention, productivity, and monetization.
- Drive data-informed business decisions by identifying performance gaps across traffic, merchandising, conversion, content quality, and live operations, translating insights into scalable solutions and platform-wide best practices.
- Build and scale repeatable creator success models, incubating high-impact creator cases that can be replicated across the broader ecosystem.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership across Product, Category, Operations, Campaigns, Finance, and Algorithm teams to define business priorities, influence product roadmap, and unlock creator growth opportunities.
- Translate platform strategy into creator ecosystem initiatives while surfacing market insights and creator feedback to continuously improve platform capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Lead strategic planning for Creator Live programs, defining key business priorities, success metrics, and operational mechanisms to drive long-term ecosystem growth.
