What You Will Do
- Precision TIG (GTAW) welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and cobalt alloys, between 0.020” and 0.064” thick
- Fit, assemble and weld complex components using fixtures, tools, and weld positioner
- Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets, and weld symbols
- Visually inspect all weldments; identify potential indications; and repair and report defects per our advanced quality system requirements
- Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you’re proud to put your name on
Experience You Need
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience
- Demonstrated ability to weld on welding qualification materials during interview process
- A solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals
- A strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
