About the role

Tier III Engineering Support/System Center Operations Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining complex IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves overseeing system operations, ensuring high availability, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system operations and ensure high availability of critical IT systems.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage and maintain complex IT infrastructure, including hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve system performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system operations and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and management.
• Proven experience in managing Tier III systems and operations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network administration, and system management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tier III systems and operations.
• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
• Proficient in using IT management tools and software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in system administration and network management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
