Position Overview
The Tier 3 Engineer will support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues at the Tier 3 level. They will design, implement, and support Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments. Additionally, they will lead infrastructure projects and migrations, mentoring Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers. The role involves working directly with clients and participating in on-call rotations to ensure system stability. They will also support Azure & Entra ID administration, network engineering, and security efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years working in an MSP environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure
- Extensive experience with networking technologies including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Proven ability to handle high-level escalations and complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and experience mentoring junior engineers
