Responsibilities
- Maintain ticketing-focused coordination with suppliers, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile role documentation with status tracking to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Coordinate reservation systems while managing deadlines to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Review documentation and generate reports to support ticketing-focused execution.
- Enforce document quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
- Apply the Travbest Workflow Context and Travel Planning confidently within the ticketing-focused scope.
- Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when awaiting external confirmations rather than making assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of ticketing tasks by securing issue escalation, exception tracking, and documentation for seamless handoffs.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain strong ticketing-focused execution, ensuring travel planning and service remain usable under the demands of a Philippine travel agency and tour operator.
- Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before causing downstream rework.
- Proficiency in using judgment for follow-up, documentation, and quality control within the ticketing workflow.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
