Responsibilities
- Document ticketing-focused tasks with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within leisure travel planning.
- Maintain and update role documentation with status tracking for ticketing tasks, ensuring clarity and traceability.
- Reconcile reservation systems while managing deadlines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain workflow transparency and accountability.
- Review quality control and workflow management to surface errors before they result in downstream rework.
Requirements
- Confidently use Sight Sea Travel Workflow Context and travel planning tools to support ticketing tasks in leisure travel.
- Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and meeting deadlines in a ticketing-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of leisure travel planning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when ticketing tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine quality control, record management, and travel planning to keep work secure, traceable, and ready for the next teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
