The Ticketing Specialist operates within leisure travel planning, focusing on reservations, itineraries, cruises, all-inclusive packages, and traveler service. This role is distinctly ticketing-focused, ensuring accurate and specialized execution in travel planning and service delivery. The specialist maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while coordinating with suppliers and managing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document ticketing-focused tasks with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within leisure travel planning.
• Maintain and update role documentation with status tracking for ticketing tasks, ensuring clarity and traceability.
• Reconcile reservation systems while managing deadlines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain workflow transparency and accountability.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface errors before they result in downstream rework.

Requirements

• Confidently use Sight Sea Travel Workflow Context and travel planning tools to support ticketing tasks in leisure travel.
• Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and meeting deadlines in a ticketing-focused workflow.
• Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of leisure travel planning.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when ticketing tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs combine quality control, record management, and travel planning to keep work secure, traceable, and ready for the next teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
